To be able to pay by invoice, the following requirements have to be met:
- The billing address is a private address.
- The name on the billing address is your name.
- The credit check (performed by Intrum Justitia) was successful.
- Your date of birth is correct.
- There are no unpaid invoices in your account.
You can check out the shipping costs here. But to summarize: When the amount of the products total to CHF 90.00 or more your shipping is free. Other than that the cheapest way is Post Economy for CHF 6.90.

If you specifically know a product category which is not supposed to be in the box you want to order, you can use the comment field at the checkout to let us know.
No. All products in our boxes are full-value items. There might be travel-sized products, but no sample or tester products.
