When do I receive my surpriseBOX?

If you order before 3pm on a business day and the product is in stock, the order will ship the same day.
 

How does the Saturday delivery work?

If you order until Friday 3pm, you receive your package the following Saturday. For orders after 3pm on Fridays, the package will be delivered on Saturday the following week.
 

Why can I not pay by invoice?

To be able to pay by invoice, the following requirements have to be met:

  • The billing address is a private address.
  • The name on the billing address is your name.
  • The credit check (performed by Intrum Justitia) was successful.
  • Your date of birth is correct.
  • There are no unpaid invoices in your account.
 

I forgot my password! What now?

No problem, we will send you a new password. Just enter your email address here.
 

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Just click unsubscribe on any newsletter at the very bottom or go to your customer account and change the subscription there.
 

How can I track my order?

As soon as the package left our warehouse, you receive an email with the post office's tracking # and the corresponding link to track your order. You can also click on the tracking # in your customer account.
 

How much are the shipping costs?

You can check out the shipping costs here. But to summarize: When the amount of the products total to CHF 90.00 or more your shipping is free. Other than that the cheapest way is Post Economy for CHF 6.90.
 

My order is missing a product!

Which credit cards can I use to pay?

At the moment we accept Visa and Master card. We work on extending the accepted payment methods. You can also choose to pay through PayPal.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

If you have a customer account, you can change the subscription there or just enter your email address to the field at the top left of the website.
 

Do I get a bulk discount, when I order co-worker or customer boxes for my company?

Of course. We would be delighted to offer you a good deal on co-worker or customer gift boxes. Please call us at 031 536 61 60 so we can work out the details. Or just send an email.
 

How do I tell you to absolutely not put a specific product in the box?

If you specifically know a product category which is not supposed to be in the box you want to order, you can use the comment field at the checkout to let us know.
 

Might there be sample products in a box?

No. All products in our boxes are full-value items. There might be travel-sized products, but no sample or tester products.
